Subscription Term and Payment. This Terms of Use Agreement will commence on the date you register and pay for a WhosClickingWho.com subscription, and will continue for the Term period you select during registration (the "Term"). You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your username and password at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You will have 30 days from the date that any discrepancies in your credit card statement or any invoice first appear to notify us; after that time, all charges will be deemed correct and no refunds will be given. Any recorded clicks above your subscription amount (5,000/50,000/120,000) will be charged at a rate of $10 for 10,000 additional clicks, paid in advance.

Subscription Renewal. Subscription Renewals are automatic! No need to do anything to renew. If you do not cancel, the then-applicable fee for your Subscription Term will be billed automatically to the credit card you designated during the registration process. Auto-billing will occur on day 1 of each Term period.

Subscription Cancellation. Cancellations must be done by the subscriber, you may cancel a subscription at any time, by logging into your Member Area. After you cancel a subscription, that subscription will no longer auto-renew, although you will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of the current Term period. There are no pro-rated refunds for cancellations occurring within a Term period. If you subscribe by Paypal, please make sure to check with paypal to make sure your subscription has been terminated with them, We are not liabile for your paypal Account.

Subscription Refunds. I have read over the WhosClickingWho.com website and understand installing Javascript and tracking tags are required to run WhosClickingWho.com on my website, and my failure to have these installed correctly will in no way constitute any basis for a refund.

I understand that if Javascript Edition of WhosClickingWho.com will not run on my server after I have conscientiously performed all required steps AND contacted WhosClickingWho.com Technical Support for assistance, I will have the right to a complete and full refund.
