How exactly will this service help me?
WhosClickingWho? works in two ways:
- Detects Fraudulent Clicks - Our service tracks all of your clicks and provides you data on repeat clickers. You can use this 3rd party data to approach your PPC company about refunds.
- Deters Fraudulent Clicks - When someone clicks on your PPC ads a specified number of times (you decide the threshold) our ClickMinder™ window will appear, telling them that we have observed them clicking on your PPC ads x # of times. receive a message on their screen telling them their clicks are being observed. You can customize this message to be as friendly, or as aggressive as you wish! We have found that the ClickMinder™ does an excellent job of deterring competitor click fraud - when people realize they are being tracked they stop! Preview our default ClickMinder™.
Is Click Fraud that big of a problem?
Click Fraud is a huge problem! Google recently called click fraud "the single biggest threat" to their business model!
Whether your competitors are clicking your ads on a regular basis or fraudulent web publishers are having others click on your ads for them, chances are that at some point you have been the victim of some degree of click fraud! Some of our customers have discovered that 50% of their PPC budgets have been the result of fraudulent clicks! (Others have discovered little to no click fraud but continue to subscribe in order to keep an eye on their clicks).

Don't the search engines track fraudulent clicks?
Sort of. The search engines do track fraudulent clicks, but from what we have seen their controls are not terribly strict. If someone clicks on your ad 5 times in 20 seconds, you probably won't be charged for all 5 clicks. BUT, if someone clicks on your ads once or twice per day for a month, our experience has shown that you will probably be charged for nearly every single click! We don't think this is right. Additionally, if someone is clicking across multiple search engines in order to hide their fraud, WhosClickingWho? will detect this! If you really want to know who is clicking your ads, you should be using WhosClickingWho?

What types of sites should use Who'sClickingWho?™
Any sites that use pay per click advertising! In general, the more you are spending per click, and the greater the competition for your search terms, the more likely you are to be the victim of click fraud.
If you are spending several hundred dollars or more per month on PPC advertising, we recommend you use Who'sClickingWho? You may find a single competitor is costing you hundreds of dollars per month, or you may find you are not the victim of click fraud at all. If you spend at least $1,000 per month on PPC ads, you absolutely should be keeping track of who is clicking on your ads, and take action to deter the fraudulent clicks!

What data is collected and reported?
Data is only collected on users originating from Pay-per-click search engine URLs that you specifically added our WCW tracking tags to. Thereafter, the Reporter shows realtime tracking of a user's:
- IP Address: Internet Protocol address; assigned to every computer connected to the Internet. Can be fixed (such as a DSL/Cable connection) or dynamic (a dial-up connection).
- Unique Identifier String: Identifies visitors by a unique number string (UI) placed by WCW Auditor™ as a cookie in their browser. (If the cookie is rejected, a user session ID is used instead.) By having a UI string, you can identify separate visitors sharing the same IP address, such as those using dial-up connections or AOL proxy servers.
- User Location: Organizations that are associated with the IP address, if available.
- User Agent: The user agent is the visitor's browser and operating system that initiates the web page request/transaction.
- Transaction Date & Time: The time stamp for the transaction, received from your web server.
- PPC Search Engine: The originating Pay-per-click Search Engine, and the originating partner site used in the transaction, if applicable.
- Keywords used: In most cases, the keywords used in each user's click will be displayed (as long as they are sent in the referrer field by the PPC Search Engine).
What other features does the Reporter have?
- IP Lookup: Option of looking up a visiting IP via the American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN's) WHOIS service, which provides a mechanism for finding contact and registration information for IP addresses, and the numbers, organizations or customers that are associated with these resources, and related Points of Contact. You can often find important information about a visitor from this.
- IP History: Lookup the entire audit history of an IP address since the inception of your WCW membership. Enables you to catch abusers who are only clicking on your site once or twice a week to escape detection!
- Custom reports: Create on-the-fly reports of who's clicked on your site from PPCs 2, 3, 4, 5, or even 6 times, allowing you to identify potential PPC abusers quickly. Capability to download your reports or email them with comments to anyone.

What is the ClickMinder™ and how can it save me money?
After 5 repeated clicks from a PPC Search Engine on your website, our exclusive ClickMinder™ deters potential abusers by alerting them of your auditing program via a small pop-up window, without offending legitimate browsers. Watch your fraudulent clicks drop dramatically! (And since our program uses an object window instead of a Javascript browser window, it is NOT stopped by Pop-up Blockers!)
Preview our default ClickMinder™.

Can the ClickMinder™ Pop-up message be customized?
Yes, you can even use your own message! And you can even decide how many repeated visits occur before the ClickMinder™ message appears - the default is 5. You can also turn off the ClickMinder™ on pages where you don't want it.
